U-ROC Leadership™ is a structured leadership and workforce development program designed by Dana Riker Jackson. The program enriches, energizes, and empowers emerging leaders to be successful faster. It is available to youth already employed by an organization and across the education spectrum (high school, home-schooled, college and trade schools) up to age 30.
